Join Darren and Jackie for a 75 minute Fall Equinox Yin Yoga sound bath in the beautiful sanctuary at Grace Westminster United Church Start off with a 60-minute guided Yin Yoga with Jackie to help you relax and release any tension in your body and mind. Followed by a 15-minute long shavasana with Darren's Sound Bath. Let the sound of crystal singing bowls and chimes transport you into a state of deep relaxation.
No experience is necessary.
Please bring a yoga mat and any other props such as pillows, blankets etc to make yourself comfortable during the sound bath
