With the advent of the fall equinox, we invite you to celebrate the season of letting go. Autumn is here and it is a time to connect to the earth and release what no longer serves you.
The days are growing shorter and the nights longer. This is the season to release unhealthy attachments and to restore your connection with source. Just as autumn leaves fall to the ground, let the layers you no longer need fall away too, making room for you to breathe and feel the rhythm of the earth beneath you.
$20 per participant, no experience necessary.
Wear comfortable clothes and feel free to bring anything with you that brings you positive energy, comfort, or joy. ♥️
