About this Event

The Fall Equinox marks a moment of balance and transition, as day and night are of equal length. It is a time for reflection and preparation for the upcoming season of change. Join Farhad as he guides you through meditation and a sound bath experience. This evening is dedicated to your well-being, offering a space to melt into the healing sounds of crystal bowls, handpan, symphonic gongs, and chimes. These sessions, curated by Farhad, are designed to provide numerous benefits to your overall well-being, including stress release, enhanced concentration, focus, and the release of any blocked energy in the body and mind.

Creating a healing flow of energy through the main energy centers of the body (Chakras) for a beautiful reset and balance. This class is ideal for everyone, no prior experience is required. All are welcome to join and learn the many benefits of a meditation practice in community.
