Fall Equinox Sound Bath

Gather for an evening of sound as we welcome the Fall Equinox ✨
We’ll begin with gentle breathwork, and then settle in for a restorative experience. Slow down and simply be while bathing in the harmonic frequencies of singing bowls, chimes, and other soothing instruments. This guided relaxation experience offers an opportunity to create space for rest and welcoming in the new season.
Come as you are, and give yourself permission to listen and receive. No prior experience with yoga or meditation necessary.
What to bring:
•Yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on
•Water
•Journal
•Comfortable extras: blanket, pillow, eye pillow (optional)
Pay what you can.
Please arrive about 10 minutes early to get settled in. We will start at 4:30pm to create a calm experience for everyone.
