Join us for a special Restorative Yoga and Soundbath class in celebration of the Fall Equinox. As the season shifts, this session offers a perfect opportunity to realign with nature's rhythm and balance your mind, body, and spirit. The Fall Equinox is a time for grounding and intention. During the class, you'll be guided through gentle restorative yoga poses designed to ground and center your mind and prepare your body for deep relaxation, promoting a sense of grounding as we transition into autumn.
Accompanying the yoga practice will be a soothing soundbath featuring singing bowls. The harmonic vibrations will wash over you, facilitating a meditative state that encourages deep healing and restoration.
This 120-minute experience is open to all levels and is designed to help you embrace the change of season with intention and serenity. Please bring a mat, blanket, and an open heart, and prepare to leave feeling refreshed, centered, and aligned with the energies of the Fall Equinox.
