As you’ll be lying down, we recommend ultimate comfort for maximum enjoyment. And since we noticed that body temperature tends to drop during sound baths, we suggest bringing a thick mat or air mattress, a blanket, a pillow, an eye mask and whatever else makes you feel cozy.
