This Fall Equinox, join us for a morning designed to help you reconnect with your inner rhythms through intentional movement, mindful practices, and the warmth of community.

Celebrate the official start of fall at Drip Sauna, a serene, wood-fired sauna and cold plunge retreat. Our morning begins with an energizing vinyasa flow led by Camilla Fay, designed to awaken your energy and ground you for the season ahead. Next, we’ll transition into stillness with guided meditation and intention setting. The morning will then flow into time spent connecting by the fire pit, enjoying the sauna and cold plunge, and exploring Embodie’s exclusive fall activewear collection.

Parking: Available at the top of the hill, with additional parking below. Carpooling is encouraged for those attending with friends :)
