Fall Equinox Gathering
About this Event
Join us for an evening of ritual and reflection as we honor the Fall Equinox—the moment when light and darkness stand equal, and the earth begins its slow turn inward. Our gathering takes place at the Grapevine Collective in Minneapolis.
We will open with gentle movement and stretching to settle into the body (no special clothing or mat needed), followed by a quiet period of introspection. This is a time to gather what has ripened in your life over the past seasons, to offer gratitude, and to practice the art of release—letting fall what no longer serves your growth. There is wisdom in descent, and the soul speaks clearly in the hush of autumn.
Afterward, we will come together in circle for sharing and connection, with nourishing snacks and warm tea to companion our reflections.
