About this Event

Welcome to the Fall Equinox Celebration!

Join iNsight Circles for this soulful experience. Set against the serene backdrop of Iroquois Beach, this Fall Equinox gathering is a heartfelt invitation to ground, grow, and gather in community care.

Rooted in the wisdom of African and Indigenous traditions, this experience will feature a sacred fire , guest elder, medicinal teas grown in my garden and a powerful sound healing experience designed to awaken your inner rhythm and reconnect you to yourself, the land & community.

We will celebrate the Fall Equinox through sound, storytelling, and shared intention, we will honour ancient wisdom practices & amplify the healing frequencies needed in our world right now, of peace, love, and unity

This is a family-friendly, intergenerational event.

CHILDREN & YOUTH ARE FREE

Please bring:

• Your spirit, your voice, and your open heart.
• Chair(s)
• Blanket or Sweater
• Re-usable cup for tea (which will be provided)
• Meaningful item that represents release & letting go.
• Journal and pen
• Musical Instrument (if you feel called)
• Healthy snack to share for communal feast

Investment

• $20 + service fees
• Children & Youth are FREE

Parking

There are two parking lots, a smaller , close to the path to the beach, which is past the larger one at the top of the street.
If it is full, go back to the larger parking lot at the top of the street. A team member from iNsight Circles will be at the smaller parking lot to welcome you and show you the path that leads to the circle on the beach.
