As we move into Fall, we set intentions to cleanse ourselves of that which needs to be released. In this Practice of 108 Sun Salutations, we will mindfully flow into moving meditation...the pace set by each individual's breathing rhythm.108 Sun Salutations is a powerful practice that asks us to step out of the mind and into our energy body. When this Practice is embraced from the Soul rather than from the Ego, the body challenge becomes less intense and the whole-being benefits come flooding forward.We will complete our Fall Equinox Celebration with a Cleanse Ritual that will offer fresh revitalizing energy for the season ahead.All Levels Welcome as we hold no attachment to "finishing" all 108 Sun Salutations.
