Bring in the Fall Equinox in a beautiful space surrounded by lovely and like-minded souls.
The transition from summer to fall can cause challenges, much like any transition. The balance of light and dark in this transition makes room for a practice that focuses on this same balance. The 108 is a beautiful way to welcome in a new chapter of a fresh season full of fresh new beginnings!
As we end our 108 practice honoring ourselves and the new season ahead, we will conclude with a luxurious/calming soundbath.
We will take with us what we need and send what we do not with the sun.
