OraLee Macklenar is a mental health professional with over 20 years of experience in leadership, clinical work and human behavior. She has worked with individuals, groups and organizations with problem-solving, change management and team building. OraLee especially enjoys working in the arena of leadership and has created and presented a variety of trainings to various organizations over the years. She is a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional with years of expertise in treating patients with trauma issues and anxiety disorders and is trained in EMDR, CPT, CBT. Currently she manages the Mercy Health Toledo Trauma Recovery Center which provides outpatient mental health services and also serves victims of crime and their loved ones.
