🌿 This retreat focuses on restoring balance to your body and mind, by breaking the cycle of overstimulation, caused by excessive use of phones, social media, and other distractions.

🌿 In our modern world, overstimulation often keeps us in a relentless loop of seeking pleasure, leading to imbalance, crashes, and even addiction.
🌿 This retreat offers you a chance to break free, reconnect with yourself, others and nature, and embrace true well-being.
What to Expect:
⭐️Authentic Connection:
Gather around a warm fire to share stories and enjoy moments of stillness.
⭐️Yoga & Meditation:
Rejuvenate with guided gentle, restorative yoga (beginner and all body type friendly), sound bath and guided meditation by the water’s edge.
⭐️Mindful Eating:
Enjoy nourishing, organic & gluten-free meals (breakfast, dinner, snacks, water, tea and coffee provided)
⭐️Nature immersion:
Explore scenic hiking trails and unwind under a canopy of stars.
⭐️Unplugged living:
Phones will be safely stored, with one phone designated for emergencies.
⭐️For added fun, card and board games will be available for lighthearted entertainment.
Retreat Options:
🔹 Retreat + yurt stay $275/person
(4 yurts available; minimum 2/yurt, can hold 4 with an air bed.)

🔹Retreat + Primitive Camping: $200/person (2 per site, limited to 8 participants)
I have extra tents if you need to borrow
one.
🔹Retreat + RV site for car camping, Van or RV: $200/person (a small group could all stay together here)
