A 2 hour warm flow class to detoxify the body. Featuring twists, focused core work and other yoga postures to sweat, detoxify and energize the body before the holidays. Class will end with deep relaxation, pranayama, meditation and mantra. Yoga experience required.
The room will be heated 78-80 degrees.
