Breema: The Art of Being Present - Fall Intensive 2026
To be alive means to be in the present. In the present, you taste life within yourself. Breema bodywork, Self-Breema exercises, and the Nine Principles of Harmony are natural expressions of the unifying principle of Existence. They provide ideal support for practicing body-mind connection and the art of being present. Join us for this opportunity to immerse yourself in the nurturing nonjudgmental atmosphere of Breema. Jon Schreiber, Director of the Breema Center and author of many books about Breema, teaches during the Intensive along with a group of highly experienced Breema instructors, many of whom use Breema in their professions.
New to Breema? The weekend workshop is a wonderful place to start!
The immersive aspect of an Intensive allows you to sink more deeply into the nurturing atmosphere. Various attendance options are available: you can join us for one workshop, one day, the weekend, or the whole intensive!

Course Dates and Prices
WEEKEND WORKSHOP (all levels)
October 10-11 12 hrs.
- $200 for the weekend ($180 if paid by September 30*)
- $60 per 3-hour workshop ($54 if paid by September 30*, first time students receive half-price for one workshop)
5-DAY COURSE (all levels)
October 10-14 28 hrs.
- $460 ($414 if paid by September 30*)

Although we’d love to have everyone join us in person at the Breema Center to experience giving and receiving Breema bodywork, we’re excited to offer this online opportunity to bring the atmosphere of the Intensive to your day. We’ll be streaming Self-Breema classes daily Saturday – Wednesday.
