Fall Breakfast Fundraiser Empowering Teens in Recovery

We will serve up breakfast bites and all the reasons why Bridges needs your support. Information will be shared addressing how the opioid/drug epidemic has affected teens in our community, and how this health crisis continues to impact families today. Our unique services and program will be explained through impassioned experiences. An explanation of how teens in our community lack the resources and support offered by Bridges will be outlined by a local professional who specializes in working with teens in substance abuse recovery. Our programs support the entire family during early recovery, something missing completely from our community! We are the resource - it’s us! We need your help, our families and teens need your support.

Seattle area teens are facing an unprecedented behavioral health crisis that needs our immediate attention! Accidental overdose deaths from opioids are increasing among teenagers, and has now become the number one killer of adults ages 18-45.

Bridges—Seattle APG holds space for youth to engage in safe, sober fun at our fully staffed drop-in center as well as at staff-supervised off-site activities. Bridges provides a full menu of services to holistically wrap ourselves around families in early recovery and beyond and connecting them to resources in the community for clinical and therapeutic support as well as higher levels of treatment.

We offer the bridge from active addiction back to a meaningful life for youth and young adults ages 13-24 and their families.
