Led by @leighsbaker, Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach and Co-Owner of Carolina Farmhouse Furniture, this workshop blends creativity with self-care. Leigh believes that our health thrives when we embrace our creative side in a collective space.

During this interactive session, she will guide participants through a calming mindfulness exercise before diving into crafting beautiful, sustainable fall floral centerpieces.
