General information
Sign in will be at the front entrance of the field. Cross off your name, sign the waiver, and roll the dice for your spaced out round.
Updog field is fenced with a double-gated safety entrance. You must crate out of your car or in a tent off the field due to space. Bite Club is more relaxed with run orders but we still want to keep the day moving. We will also be offering free try its as well if you wanted to practice disc only games. Please contact me 2 days ahead of time if wanting to practice a crossover game.
There is a water spigot and bathrooms onsite. Poop bag stations available to clean up after your dog. On hot days, we will have a pool available to cool off by the water spigot. If it gets dark, the field has a set of lights that kick on but we always hope to be done and packed up before then. The field shares a fence with a dog park and there is horse arena nearby and on a couple of occasions, have seen some horses near the parking lot. Please keep that in mind when registering in case these will be an issue for you. We will have some blinders up for the shared fence with the dog park.
Cost: The cost $10/round or $70/season.
You can prepay or pay the day of if you choose. If paying for the season to get the discounted cost, you must pay this before week 1. I must have payment prior to the end of the day otherwise your runs will NOT be submitted.
Personal Best Token Exchange Policy:
If you are planning to exchange 10 tokens for a free run, please submit these to the event host, Amanda Burkhart, prior to making your payment for this event. Upon receiving your tokens, you will then get a code to apply at check out. Maximum 1 free run per event but there is no limit when they are used for additional runs outside of events. We are not responsible for lost PB tokens. You can only earn PB tokens if you have an activated team as personal bests are not tracked with guest teams.
Refund Policy: No refund if you chose to pay for the full season. No reimbursement on free runs. Please plan accordingly.
