The Carrollwood Area Business Association’s Wellness Committee has partnered together to bring you a morning of family fun at Abby’s Organic Community Farm.This committee is comprised of likeminded businesses and practitioners in the Carrollwood area that have the same goal, which is to provide you the opportunity of better health.
The event will be at Abby’s Organic Community Farm from 9:30am – Noon. The farm is located at 19420 US-41 S in Lutz.
Event Schedule:
8:15am – Gentle Flow Yoga – Bring your yoga mat and water! Limited spots available and a reservation is required. RSVP by calling Abby’s store at 813-265-4951.
9:30am – Main Event Starts
9:45am – Kids Activity: Garden Tour
10:00am – Family Friendly HIIT Workout Class – Bring water and a towel! Limited spots available and a reservation is required. RSVP by calling Abby’s store at 813-265-4951.
10:15am – Kids Activity: Butterfly Craft
10:30am – Kids Activity: Fishing Game & Conservation Discussion
11:00am – Kids Activity: Meet the Farm Chickens & Rock Painting
12:00pm – Event Ends

- Experience live bees up close and see how they form a hive
