About this Event
You’re tired.
But not the kind of tired sleep fixes.
You’re doing all the “right” things, yet your energy, focus, and motivation feel like they quietly slipped away without explanation.
And somewhere along the way, you were told:
“This is just aging.”
It’s not.
This session is about understanding what’s really happening in midlife, how hormonal shifts, stress, and nervous system overload affect your energy, and how to start feeling like yourself again, without dieting harder, hustling more, or blaming your body.
What You’ll Walk Away With
- Clarity about why your energy has changed in midlife
including the role hormones play and why this is not a personal failure or lack of discipline. - A new way to understand your body and nervous system
so you can stop pushing harder and start supporting what actually needs attention. - A realistic framework for restoring energy and feeling like yourself again
without dieting harder, hustling more, or blaming your body. - Thoughtfully curated resources
plus the opportunity to win a complimentary Get Started Strategy Call (valued at $697) for personalized guidance.
Why This Session Matters
If you’re a midlife woman who feels exhausted, foggy, or not quite like herself anymore, this is an opportunity to pause, learn, and reconnect.
This is a small, in-person gathering hosted in collaboration with a licensed therapist, designed to offer clarity, validation, and a clear next step forward.
Attendance is limited to keep the experience intimate.
Dr. Nicole is a board certified physician in Internal Medicine specializing in midlife hormonal and metabolic health. Her work focuses on helping women 40+ understand what’s driving changes in energy, weight, sleep, and focus and get to the root cause to feel like themselves again.
Christina Alston, LPC, a licensed therapist specializing in midlife transitions, stress, trauma, and emotional health. She will provide perspective on how psychological stress, nervous system regulation, and life transitions intersect with hormonal changes and how addressing both can support feeling better in this phase of life.
