Bridging the Gaps: Career Navigation in Kent County
Join us for a collaborative conversation focused on career navigation and employment resources in Kent County. Across many of our roles, we’re seeing how individuals can face barriers to finding meaningful employment, building skills, and advancing their careers. Challenges like accessing training and education, navigating career pathways, connecting with employers, and balancing work with other life responsibilities can all impact an individual’s ability to pursue employment opportunities and achieve long-term economic stability.
This convening is an opportunity to come together across organizations and systems, share available career resources and employment supports, and identify where gaps or unmet needs remain. By bringing our perspectives into one space, we can strengthen partnerships, improve coordination, and build a more connected network of support to help individuals navigate career pathways and work toward their employment goals.
This session is ideal for service providers, workforce professionals, advocates, community partners, and anyone who cares about helping individuals navigate career pathways and access employment opportunities. Whether you’re deeply embedded in this work or newly exploring ways to get involved, your perspective is valuable.
