Save the date for our fall Swaperoo! It’s a fantastic opportunity for parents, caregivers and friends to buy and sell used (and sometimes new) kids' clothing, toys and gear from German Village/Schumacher Place/Merion Village-area families. Plus, we plan on having a Mini Market featuring local vendors!We’re thrilled to host this event again at Germania Singing & Sport Society. The event will be inside & out (weather permitting), and there will be food and drinks available for purchase.
Seller registration will open soon, so keep an eye out!
We are looking for 2 new members to join us on the Swaperoo Committee. The time commitment will vary based on your interest and capacity. To give you an idea of some of the things that our planning team takes care of...site rental communications, marketing material development and distribution, seller communications, volunteer coordination, and day-of coordination - among many others!
Some of the many reasons our committee members participate:
• Community building
• Helping our environment
• Creating a convenient opportunity for moms to move the things their kids have outgrown along (and make a little $$!)
• Building relationships with local businesses
