Fall 2022 Take a Kid Mountain Biking Day

Bring your kids out for a fun morning of mountain biking at Lory State Park in Fort Collins on Saturday, October 8.  This free event is open to kids of all ages and abilities, with group rides starting at 10:00 am. Take a Kid Mountain Biking Day is hosted by Overland Mountain Bike Association, and we are excited to host this event along with the Northern Colorado Mountain Bike Festival!  This event will create great memories for you and your children while encouraging an active lifestyle.  It encourages kids to put down the video games and hop on their bikes and have a great time riding local trails and learning trail etiquette.  After the ride, kids and parents are encouraged to take part in the additional festival activities as well. Stick around for more fun and food trucks, as well as your chance to win a 24" Giant mountain bike generously donated by ProVelo!
