Kick Off: Wednesday, September 17 at 6 pm at Fleet Feet Madison
Training Starts: Tuesday, September 23 at 6pm at Madison locations
Training days: Tuesday at 6pm and Saturday at 7am and optional Thursday at 6pm
Price: $125
Goal races: Fall 10K Races

- Suggested Activity Level Prior to Start of Training - Have already accomplished the 5K distance (under 47 minutes) and you are looking to push yourself to the next level.
