FALCONERS June 2022 Potter Park Zoo

FALCONERS is designed to allow children or adults of all ages with special needs and unique challenges (such as autism or developmental disabilities) and their whole family to have an enriching educational experience in a safe, welcoming and sensory friendly environment.

By registering you can come in anytime between 5:30 PM - 8:00 PM. The event states until 8:30 PM because that is when we will shut down all activities and ask families to leave so the zoo can close. We can only allow people to come in until 8:00 PM. That will give families 30 minutes to do some activities if they are interested.

Please note: This is an after hours event. Only FALCONERS families will be in the zoo. No general public.

The theme for this event is Nature Play. Activities will be based on fun outdoor games (weather permitting)! By registering you can come in anytime between 5:30 PM - 8:00 PM. All activities will stop at 8:30 PM so if you want to enjoy the activities... please be in the zoo early enough to walk through the zoo to reach all of the activities. Specific details will be sent out a week before the event to those that register. If you just want to enjoy the zoo and not the activities, you have until 8:00 PM to enter.

We are following all CDC, state and local guidelines. Per Ingham County, we no longer require masks indoors or outdoors. Wearing a mask is encouraged but not required. Please respect others by social distancing when possible.
