Join us for Barbara Baird's latest exhibition: FAKE. We'll be hosting the artist's new series for the month of November and we'll have an opening reception November 1, from 5-9pm.
From Barbara Baird:
"I am not a political or opinion artist. But in February of 2024, I became enraged and frightened at the notion of another Trump Presidency. So, I began a series of paintings called FAKE.
Not all the pieces are about Trump or Fox News. I realized there are many affectations in our contemporary world that were not part of the social fabric when I was growing up in the 1960s.
Proceeds from FAKE will go to the Allentown Association's Beautification Committee to be used for spring plantings in 2025.""
