As a Financial Services & eCommerce Technology expert with 30 years of experience, Connie applies a trauma-informed lens to consumer behavior insights for exceptional Product, Sales Enablement, and Go-to-Market strategies. Connie is passionate about guiding both for-profit and not-for-profit businesses in adopting Trauma-Informed practices and actively promoting ethical, economic, and inclusive advancement in commerce, digital interactions, and financial services. Today, she is a certified love & authenticity practictioner, a certified WIDP Temperament expert and Co-Founder of Inspire.World Foundation, where she builds Restorative Growth programs for nonprofits. She also supports small business owners in the community as a Solutions Specialist at Rohring Results and volunteers as a Global Chapter Leader for Women In Blockchain Talks for the Tampa, FL chapter.
Yasmine Gardiner Profile:
Yasmine Gardiner is the founder and CEO of ClearSet.AI, an AI software development firm that specializes in data quality and artificial intelligence within the construction and real estate industries. With more than five years of experience in data science and AI, she has effectively driven business decision outcomes for large corporations, startups, and the Department of Defense, where she held the positions of senior data scientist and lead data engineer in their AI office. Additionally, Yasmine has worked with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau as their cloud data operations specialist. Currently, Yasmine is a data science practitioner for Accenture, the world's largest IT provider.She is actively involved in the community, serving on the board of the nonprofit Oasis Opportunities. Yasmine has received notable accolades, including being named a 2023 40 Under 40 honoree and a 2024 42 on Top of 42 honoree by the Tampa Club. She also contributes to the Tampa Business Club as a member of the executive committee board and serves as the VP of Events on the leadership committee for the National Sales Network (NSN) - Tampa Chapter. Furthermore, she is a board member for another AI company, OTLS Life Solutions. Yasmine is currently pursuing her Master's degree in Data Science at Grand Canyon University, maintaining a GPA of 3.5.
