Faitherapy: Mom Talk

This workshop is an inclusive conversation on maternal health that honors the many paths of motherhood, including preparation, pregnancy, loss, adoption, and beyond. It explores mental and emotional well-being, helping women understand shifts in mood, identity, and stress without shame. Through a blend of clinical insight and faith-based encouragement, participants will gain language for their experiences and practical tools to support their well-being.
