Enjoy light refreshments and engage in thought-provoking conversations about the intersection of faith, therapy, and self-care. Dr. J will be unveiling her newest project, "Between the Couch and the Cross" and her debut project, "Reclaiming My Time" will also be available for purchase.

Attendees are encouraged to purchase books on-site as a portion of the proceeds will be donated to continue the work at Ida's!
