Likeminded Music proudly presents its annual Pilgrims Hospice fundraiser at one of the South East’s best venues: Faith In Strangers. Powered by a custom Poseidon Sound System and Funktion-One, this will be an unforgettable sonic experience — and yes, you’ll hear the difference.
This year we’re bringing a very special lineup in support of the Margate Hospice — artists not yet seen in the area, carefully handpicked for their energy, skill, and ability to ignite a dance floor. Each performer brings deep connections to the scene, with roots that stretch far beyond Margate. Together, they’ll soundtrack your evening with cutting-edge electronic music while we raise vital funds for the much-respected Pilgrims Hospice in Margate.
The work the hospice does is extraordinary. Their service to Margate and Thanet has been above and beyond, often providing light in people’s darkest hours. They offer comfort and support not only to individuals, but also to their loved ones and wider circles of care.

2 Bad Mice
Legendary UK breakbeat hardcore and jungle pioneers, 2 Bad Mice have been shaping the electronic music scene since 1991. Known for their iconic track Bombscare and their groundbreaking approach to chopping and rearranging breakbeats, they helped define the sound of jungle and drum & bass. Core members Sean O’Keeffe, Simon Colebrooke, and Paul “Rhodesy” Rhodes continue to deliver high-energy sets worldwide — a true masterclass in rave history and crowd-pleasing beats.
Dom Johnson
A driving force in Margate’s electronic dance music scene and co-founder of Likeminded Music, Dom Johnson has been behind some of Kent’s most iconic club nights and charity events — from Rave Culture to Margate Mambo and Synergy. With a style rooted in house and techno, Dom has lit up local venues as well as London institutions like Ministry of Sound, Pacha, and Egg. Over a decade in, he continues to bridge Kent’s underground roots with the wider UK club scene.
Doris
From the depths of the North Sea emerge DJs Doris — the dynamic duo of Scott Humphrey and Jaw-G. Two of Margate’s most beloved selectors, they take crowds on eclectic voyages across galaxies of sound, from house to techno and beyond. Residents for No Buses and Fantastic Pleasure, and fresh from blowing minds at Kent’s Smugglers Festival, Doris guarantee a cosmic musical journey.
Evil Plans
Margate veterans Ed Tomlinson and Jamie Tolley are Evil Plans — selectors, promoters, and label heads with deep UK club culture roots. Performing back-to-back, they weave acid house, Balearic, leftfield, and shadowy house into sets inspired by legends like Andrew Weatherall. Beyond the decks, they’ve curated events featuring the likes of Richard Sen, Leftfield, and Justin Robertson. With their label Evil Plans RECORDS and a radio show championing underground talent, they keep pushing boundaries while delivering timeless dance floor energy.
Joe Corbani
A staple of Thanet’s electronic scene, Joe Corbani is known for his work with the Corrupted DJ collective and as co-founder of Crèche Out! — the unique Margate party brand blending family raves with late-night events. From local hotspots to iconic venues like Printworks, Ministry of Sound, and Pacha, Joe’s versatile sets span house, disco, and electronica. With deep community roots, he continues to push the scene forward with creativity and passion.
Rich Rhythms
Adding a live percussive edge, Rich Rhythms has been energising crowds since 2004. Known for African drumming performances at festivals, clubs, and community events, Rich fuses rhythm and culture into unforgettable shows. Expect interactive drumming, dance, and dynamic beats that bring the DJ sets to life.
Tasty Sax
The stage name of saxophonist Hamish Simpson, Tasty Sax blends house, jazz, and Ibiza-style grooves into freestyle improvisations that elevate any DJ set. A Goldsmiths-trained musician, Hamish has performed everywhere from Ministry of Sound to the Playboy Club, as well as festivals, cruise ships, and beyond. Expect soulful, melodic flourishes and electrifying live moments.
