Welcome to Faith Fit Bootcamp! Ladies join us for a fun and energizing workout sessions that will leave you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Get ready to sweat it out and strengthen your body and spirit, with times of prayer and upbeat christian music.

Our classes will start off on Thursday, September 5th, 2024 from 7-8 PM at 25A Hansen Road South. Classes will be weekly on Thursdays for 4 weeks. Get access to all 4 classes for $50. Or drop in for a class for $15 .This is your opportunity to connect with other faith- minded ladies , take care of your temple and praise God at the same time!

Come dressed in comfortable workout attire and bring along a water bottle to stay hydrated throughout the session. Whether you're a fitness enthusiast or just starting out on your wellness journey, Faith Fit Bootcamp is the perfect opportunity to challenge yourself and have a great time doing it.
