OBJECTIVE OF THIS SEMINAR

The probability is high that individuals working in roles relating to integrity, maintenance, or operations will be involved in several failure or incident investigations during their careers. However, not all organizations have experienced teams dedicated to these types of investigations. As a result, other roles are often required to support or even lead investigations. In those situations, prior training and awareness will reduce the associated stress and increase the overall effectiveness of the process.
