Celebrate the beginning of a new cycle with Fado Novo! On January 31st, Haja Saudade by HEL-A Governanta invites you to an evening where the soul of Portuguese music intertwines with the excellence of our gastronomy. A perfect way to welcome the new year with emotion and flavor.

We will have the pleasure of welcoming the talented Fado singers from CASA DE FADO AMSTERDAM who will fill the night with the captivating melody of Fado. Let yourself be transported by the feelings of longing, love, and reflection that only this art can evoke, in an experience that touches the heart and soul.

To complement the depth of Fado, our restaurant will offer an excellent gastronomic experience. Enjoy carefully selected dishes from our Portuguese Fusion Cuisine, prepared with the usual passion.

PROGRAM FADO NOVO:

SATURDAY, JANUARY 31

18:00/18:30 - Arrival. Welcome sparkling wine.

A short introduction sets the cultural and emotional mood for the evening.

Guests step into their table, greeted with sparkling wine and smoked salmon toast.

18:30 - Starters and wine.

Portuguese olives, tremoços, cheese, dry-cured ham, bread. White wine.

19:00 – Fado concert Performance (~30 mins).

The first fado set, blending soulful melodies and authentic storytelling.

Between songs, the musicians share the meaning and history of the pieces.

19:30 - Main course and wine.

Main course Caldo Verde and Portuguese Salad. Red wine.

20:00 - Fado concert performance (~30 mins).

The second set of fado music.

20:30 – Dessert and coffee.

Lemon cake; Ice cream; Pastel de Nata served with coffee or tea.

Ticket price includes Food and Drinks & live fado concert.
