Yes, the entire training is FREE.

This is an 8-week facilitator training for men who feel called to hold healing-centered men’s circles with integrity, presence, and care.

The MHN Facilitator Training in Circle Practice prepares men to lead circles rooted in belonging, accountability, and sacred practice, while honoring safety, consent, and trauma-informed principles.

In-Person Intensive | Olympia, WA
• One full-day immersive training
• Live circle facilitation practice, feedback, and ceremony

Live Learning Circles (Online)
• 5 facilitated 2-hour Zoom sessions
• Presence, deep listening, agreements, and container-building
• Case studies and peer reflection

Foundations of Circle Practice (Self-Paced)
• Videos, readings, and guided reflections
• Trauma-informed facilitation, mindset, and logistics

Additional Support
• Facilitator reflection journal
• Practice partner check-ins
• Community learning space
• Certificate of completion

⏳ Time Commitment: ~25–30 hours over 8 weeks
Designed for working adults while maintaining depth and integrity.

This is not a performance-based or formula-driven facilitation course.
