Facilitating Effective Meetings & Dialogue Spaces

Meetings shape organizational culture. At their best, they create the clarity, connection, and shared responsibility people need to move important work forward and provide a container for the critical, courageous conversations organizations must be willing to hold. At their worst, people leave unsure why they were invited, how they were expected to contribute, or what happens next.

We'll explore how a clear purpose, thoughtful agenda, shared agreements, inclusive participation practices, and reliable follow-through create spaces where people know what to expect and how to contribute while accounting for differences in power, communication style, and processing needs.

Participants will leave with a practical framework for planning and facilitating purposeful gatherings where people discuss, navigate challenges, make shared decisions, and advance work towards their mission.

Designed for nonprofit leaders, staff, board members, facilitators, and anyone responsible for bringing people together for conversation and collective work. No formal facilitation experience required.
