Facial Flow Workshop | Gua Sha & Expressive Mask Making

Welcome to our Gua Sha & Expressive Mask Making event at Create Art & Wellness!

In this unique workshop you'll learn the ancient practice of Gua Sha for releasing tension, which we hold in our face, neck and jaw. This practice will be followed by an expressive art making, an opportunity for self reflection. We will be creating masks explore nurturance. Let your creativity flow and unwind in a welcoming environment.

Our small group workshop is a colloboration between Dr. Eliza Collins (The East West Co) and Emily Natale, LMHC ATR (Create Art & Wellness).

This in-person event is a blend of self-care, art, and mindfulness. Don't miss out on this opportunity to pamper yourself and unleash your artistic side! No prior experience with Gua Sha or Expressive Art is ineeded to enjoy and benefit. All materials are included and walk out with your own Gua Sha tool for home practice.
