Learn how to use facial cups and gua sha on yourself!
You will be guided through a personal care experience so that you can work on your own skin care routine at home.
Facial cupping and gua sha can help to hydrate the skin, gently lift the face and smooth fine lines, ease tension headaces, clear sinus and ear congestion and relieve TMJ, stiff necks and jaw tension.
A set of silicone facial cups and a gua sha tool are included in this workshop. Extra tools will be available for sale if desired.
