In this workshop Pam will break down the science behind pole flips, why we find them scary, and how to overcome that fear safely by understanding the biomechanics involved in successfully performing flip tricks!
Pre reqs: must be comfortable in aerial inverts, leg hangs and shoulder mounts. Level: Higher intermediate's/advanced
