Includes everything you will need: myofascial release tools, oil, yoga mat or cushion to sit on. Bring your own jade roller or guasha tools if you have them.
During our time together you will experience a series of myofascial release exercises that leave you feeling a new resting tone in your neck and shoulders.
From there, we can now train the dormant face muscles to help lift the eyes and cheeks, while quieting down the muscles that create tension creases in the brow and around the mouth.
Reduce: headaches & tension, congestion, appearance of wrinkles, puffiness, jowls & double chin, dowager’s hump & tech neck, upper shoulder stiffness
Improve: circulation, lymph drainage, head neck posture, alignment, ease of movement, natural radiance
