FACE-TO-FACE ANTENATAL INFANT FEEDING WORKSHOP - Lewisham Hospital

Are you expecting a little one and interested in learning more about breastfeeding?

Our face-to-face workshop is aimed at expectant parents who are between 28-34 weeks of pregnancy and is designed to provide you with all the information you need to feel confident and prepared for your breastfeeding journey.

This class is designed for both those who are new to breastfeeding, as well as those who hope to have a better breastfeeding experience than they've had in the past.

During the workshop, you will have the opportunity to ask questions, connect with other expectant parents, and gain valuable tips and techniques from our experienced facilitators.

We can help to guide you through the essentials, including latching techniques, common challenges, and tips to help you reach your goals.

If you are a new parent or have other children, if you have breastfed before or are just curious... Don't miss out on this informative and engaging event!

Join us at University Hospital Lewisham (Antenatal Clinic seminar room, Ground floor, Green zone) and get ready to embark on your breastfeeding adventure.

Due to limited spaces, we ask that only those who are booked to have their baby at University Hospital Lewisham or Queen Elizabeth Hospital attend these sessions.

If you are unable to make your session, please reschedule as soon as you can. If you are bringing a partner, relative or friend that is going to be supporting you after the birth, please ensure you have booked a place for them too.

This class will last for approximately 2 hours, please ensure that you allow time for parking if you plan to drive.
