15th Annual Face to Face Walk for Memory Virtual & Live Hybrid Event

Raising Awareness of Alzheimer’s Disease and Related Dementia and Raising Funds for Education, Resources, and Respite to support Family Caregivers.

Dr. N.H. Praderio's Walk for Memory is a local community-focused event “Helping People Live with Alzheimer’s,” and is committed to “Keeping it local” where 100% of the proceeds remain in the Coastal Bend community. Through your donations, we provide respite, support group services, and community education for Alzheimer’s Disease and Related Dementia, training, and resource coordination throughout the year to caregivers and family members within the Coastal Bend community.

The event is scheduled as a Hybrid event to provide supporters the flexibility of participating in In-Person or through a Virtual platform. We will continue monitoring the COVID-19 status and adjust event plans as necessary. The Live event will be held at Waters Edge on Saturday, November 5, 2022.

We will also featuring a Live Facebook Broadcast Stream for a $5.00 Donation. Virtual walkers are encouraged to complete an awareness walk in your neighborhood, favorite Park or trail, home, or workplace. As Dr. Praderio says "just make a lot of noise" - which means let others know why you support the Walk for Memory.
