Appointment Fee: £25 + VAT (free to members)
Duration: 30 minutes per session
Fit testing is a method for checking that a tight fitting facepiece matches an individual’s features and can provide an adequate seal to the face of the wearer.
Fit testing is so important, as one size does NOT fit all!
The session lasts roughly 30minutes per person, per test.
Requirements for successful testing:
• You must be cleanly shaven, a wet shave with no visible hair.
• You must refrain from eating, drinking or chewing gum for 15 minutes prior to the test.
• You must refrain from smoking for 1 hour prior to the test.
• You must bring the facepiece normally worn.
