Join us for a nurturing day of movement, massage and self-care, created in collaboration with Tropic Skincare.
This relaxing workshop is all about slowing down, reconnecting with your body and learning simple rituals you can take home and enjoy every day.
You’ll explore:

Nourishing foot Pilates and massage
The benefits and use of natural Tropic Skincare products
Simple self-care techniques to support movement, relaxation and wellbeing
Your day also includes two hot drinks, a delicious lunch in the Colin Nash Restaurant, collagen wellness shots from DuoLife, and a special goodie bag containing a Tropic bamboo cloth, affirmation wristband and a golf ball for use during the workshop.
Please bring a small bowl for soaking your feet and a large towel. Wear comfortable trousers that can be rolled to the knees and a top with a lower neckline, as facial oils will be used.
