Fabulous French Escape! Indulge in a romantic evening in the kitchen creating an elegant meal. In this hands on class, you will make and enjoy:
French Onion Soup
Steak Au Poivre with Pommes Frites
Bistro Salad with ravigote champagne dressing
Chocolate pots de crème with whipped cream for dessert.

Each class is 2-3 hours in length during which we will teach you new techniques and methods to get more flavor from the foods that you cook every day.
Learn knife skills, how to caramelize the natural sugars of your ingredients, and present your creations in new and exciting ways that are sure to impress even the most finicky family and friends.
Our doors will open 30 minutes prior to class, allowing you time to be social, unwind and enjoy any beer or wine that you wish to bring, as well as a selection of hors d oeuvres.
