Experience a series of four paired tastings featuring prosecco from the King Valley and Italy, terrific affordable fizz from Tassie and Spain, a couple of classic Champagnes plus a brace of Australia's unique sparkling shiraz - the quintessential wine for the Christmas turkey as well as the Christmas pud!
