What should I wear?
Sweats, shorts and a T-shirt, an aerobic-dance outfit -- whatever keeps you comfortable and cool. Go bare foot or Wear well-made Mat shoes that aren't too worn.

These are Martial Arts Based Fitness Sessions designed to distress, tone, and energize you, leaving you feeling more, self-aware, empowered, and confident within your lifestyle as well as little dangerous.
I have taken my love of being Active, added my years of WHolistic Nursing & Coaching, with my Black Belt Martial arts Training and the Foundations of Functional Fitness and decided to offer much need Self-Defense related Fitness sessions. Sessions centered around how Females feel, think and move.
Each Session will lead you to Increased Movement confidence, Strength, and Self-Awareness.
You will Feel Energized with a since of Safety in your everyday Lifestyle. You will be Full of Vitality, Balance, and Self Confidence.
