Create a spooky coil basket with scrap fabric strips for your Halloween activities! Learn what fabric can tear versus cut, then wrap the strips around cotton core. Each person will create a unique candy basket with an optional handle for trick or treating! Please bring any scrap fabric you have or we will have plenty to choose from.
