Fable Friends Story Time & Pumpkin Painting Party

Event Description:

Let's celebrate the magic of autumn together! Join the founders of Froth & Fable for a special fall festival edition of our story time, complete with a creative pumpkin painting party. We'll kick things off with a reading of our favorite not-so-spooky Halloween and harvest-themed picture books, perfect for getting into the cozy spirit of the season.

After our stories, we'll turn the park into an art studio! Bring the free pumpkin you picked up from the Grove City Harvest Market that morning, and we'll provide everything you need to turn it into a painted masterpiece. It's the perfect way to spend a fall morning, connecting with other local families and creating a wonderful memory (and decoration!) to take home.

Who Should Come? This event is perfect for our littlest readers and artists (best suited for ages 2-8) and their favorite grown-ups—parents, grandparents, and caregivers are all welcome!

Need to Know:

• What to Bring: Your pumpkin! Also, bring a comfy blanket or towel to sit on, and we suggest wearing clothes that you don't mind getting a little bit messy with washable paint.
• What We'll Provide: We will bring all the non-toxic, washable paint, brushes, and supplies needed to decorate your pumpkin.
• Where to Find Us: We will be set up on the main lawn at the Grove City Town Center park, near the fountains. Just look for our signature Froth & Fable blanket!
• Weather Note: This is an outdoor event. In case of rain or inclement weather, we will post a cancellation notice on our social media pages and send an email to all registered attendees by 10:00 AM on the morning of the event.

About the Host: Froth & Fable is a future bookstore café being built from the ground up for the mothers and families of Grove City. Our mission is to create a sanctuary where stories bloom, coffee brews, and community connects. Our Fable Friends events are the first step in building a magical space for the littlest readers in our town.

Registration: Please reserve your free ticket for each member of your family (adults and children). An accurate headcount is essential so we can be sure to have enough paint and supplies for all our little artists. We can't wait to see you and your amazing pumpkin creations!
