F45 Vegas 3rd Annual 5K Turkey Trot

F45 Training is the fastest growing fitness franchise in the world! Being one of the most time-efficient workouts on the market, it's program is specifically designed to provide a functional full-body workout while improving energy levels, metabolic rate, strength, and endurance while burning up to 750 calories per class. The team mentality at F45 Training helps members transform their lifestyle physically and mentally while encouraging community growth and a no-ego attitude.

Our local studios F45 Summerlin, F45 Henderson, and F45 Las Vegas Arts District come together with the community to support local charities and causes each year. This year we have selected HELP of Southern Nevada to support their programs to assist families and individuals throughout Southern Nevada to overcome barriers and attain self-sufficiency through direct services, training and referral to community resources.

Anyone and everyone is welcome! We encourage you to come with your friends and family, kids, and your pets of course! You have the option to walk, jog, or run this 5K event with the start times staggered to accommodate each of the strides.
