About this Event

We are so excited to be bringing you the world's #1 HIIT workout with Detroit's favorite bike sharing company for a once in a lifetime workout tour around the city. We will be starting our bike tour in front of the famous F45 Midtown Detroit location and taking a tour of the city with stops along the way to get in a nice sweat with the amazing personal trainers F45 offers.

Tour will run from 11am-1pm. MoGo Detroit will have some bikes available, but if you have your own bike, we strongly recommend bringing your own.

This is a FREE event. Please bring a bottle of water or some form of hydration and sunblock. Get ready for the ride of your life!
